All orders placed before Midnight (PDT) Monday-Friday aim to be dispatched the same day via the fastest and the most reliable courier – DHL Express. Shipping takes 1-3 working days.

Please note: We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Armed Forces Post Office addresses.

• Duties and taxes are levied by Customs in the destination country and the receiver is responsible for paying them. Duties and taxes only apply to parcels travelling outside the EU and not all goods are subject to these charges. http://parcel.dhl.co.uk/faq
• International customs offices will claim tax on parcels imported from the UK, which the recipient is responsible for paying. In most countries, we can add these charges to your order, but in some rare cases charges will be applied as your package arrives in customs, therefore London Lash are unable to advise what the fee may be.
• If the recipient refuses the delivery, the refund for the order will be processed after the parcel will return to the sender. Delivery fees are not refundable in this case.
